It’s not often that things turn out as smoothly as they did when I employed Castle Security to upgrade my home security.
After I made my initial inquiry, Louis visited my home promptly. He discussed my needs, looked our place over and gave me his expert opinion. This was followed by his quote for the job.
After I accepted the quote, Castle Security swung speedily into action and the job was completed with minimum delay. The two installers (Kien and Anh) were pleasant, highly proficient and absolutely efficient. They suggested improvements to the original plan and implemented the changes effortlessly. The whole job was completed quickly and I am impressed that it was so neat and professional. It was also a pleasure to deal with the office staff who answered my inquiries promptly. The hardware has proved to be excellent and I am able to monitor the system from ANYWHERE.
