As coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to threaten the health and safety of people in WA, Castle Security remain highly vigilant. We are continuing to operate, providing security solutions to Perth businesses and homeowners while adhering to safe working practices.
These include no-contact policies, maintaining distance while working, installations in small teams, and regular training in response to health guidance from the relevant authorities.
The health and safety of our people and customers is of the utmost importance to the Castle Security team.
We know these are difficult times for everyone. Our customers expect the highest service standards from anyone working under the Castle Security banner. Technicians and sales teams who are in contact with customers have been specifically trained to minimise risk while we seek to continue delivering on these expectations.
