CEO
Castle Security stalwart Bill has hung up his hat, finally after 30+ years at the helm of the company.
He happily hands over to his sons, Louis and Andy and is enjoying himself elsewhere these days!
Mind you he still pops in from time to time to see how things are running…always the dad!
Louis Thorp
Director
When he’s not providing quotes to our clients or juggling the management of Castle Security, Louis is working with the Marketing Team on the website or out talking to clients. For over 12 years, Louis has been at the forefront of new business.
Fun Fact: Louis claims to be giving up chocolate – for the umpteenth time – please direct any chocolate to the rest of the Castle Security team.
Andrew Thorp
Director
Andy is our gun! With over 20 years experience in the office or out on site, he is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to the security industry! Together with his dad, he has learned the industry from the ground up and is our go to for Communications and Data information.
Fun Fact: Andy is a keen fisherman and recently lost his phone overboard while pulling in his catch.
Kien Nguyen
Head Technician
Kien has been with our company for over 10 years, as an expert security installer and consultant, he is a licenced operator in several fields of the security industry. A licenced Gallagher technician, he specialises also in Tecom, Inception, Paradox and Honeywell systems.
Fun Fact: Kien loves to keep up to date with technology and always has the latest gadgets, gizmos and what-ya-call-its.
Gordon Harvey
Technician / Installer
Gordon is one of our whiz technicians that we are thrilled to have on board. A natural with today’s technology…if he doesn’t know something, it isn’t long before he has researched it, found an answer and qualified in it! With Inception training and Cabling Certificate in hand, he is a great asset to our company and to our newer recruits.
Fun Fact: When not working, Gordon enjoys getting outdoors at any chance.
June Wong
Office Administrator
June is our real find! With over 13 years in Business Administration and 7 years of Human Resource experience, June is happy tyo embrace any challenge that comes her way.
Fun Fact: June is learning to drive…look out it won’t be long before she is racing around Landsdale like a pro.
Gary Shelton
Estimator
Gary has been in the business for 38 years! Holding a Masters Degree of Business Admin, Full Technological Certificate and Diploma in Project Management, he is at the core of the company, bringing in great projects and keeping everyone busy!
Fun Fact: Gary has a passion for restoring Classic 2 stroke motorcycles.His favourite bike is his Yellow Kenny Roberts edition RD350LC.
